This cushion was commissioned by a lady for her mother’s birthday. The fabric was of great sentimental value and it was great to be able to give it a new lease of life as a cushion cover. There was not quite enough fabric for the front so I added a complementary new border and then interfaced the front and back to reinforce the fabric.

Top: 100% orange cotton combined with, cotton-based floral dress fabric
Backing: 100% cotton mix floral dress fabric
Wadding: Super soft polyester wadding, machine washable at low temperatures & quick to dry
